What is Kael?

Kael is an AI-powered personal mentoring app that helps you understand behavioral patterns, build self-awareness, and work toward meaningful personal growth. It remembers your journey across sessions, acting as a persistent coach rather than a one-off chatbot.

Is Kael a therapy or mental health service?

No. Kael is a mentoring and self-awareness tool — it is not a licensed therapy platform, psychiatric service, or crisis intervention service. It does not provide medical, psychological, or legal advice. If you are in crisis, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis helpline.

How does Kael remember my conversations?

Kael maintains a “living profile” — a continuously updated understanding of your patterns, goals, and context. Conversations are grouped into batches and summarized, so Kael can reference your history and provide continuity across sessions without losing track of what matters to you.

Is my data safe and private?

Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers. Access is restricted on a need-to-know basis. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

How do I delete my account?

You can request account deletion by emailing us at hello@kaelai.life. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed or anonymized within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Yes. Kael is a web app — just sign in with the same account on any device with a browser. Your conversation history and profile sync automatically.
